eLogic Genesis is the technology division of The Center for Applied Management Practices (CAMP), a management consulting and technology company providing software, website design, planning, evaluation, curriculum development and training primarily to nonprofit and public/government health and human services organizations. Currently we are looking to fill the position of Customer Support Specialist, to work directly with our client organizations as well as our Solutions Team staff.

Day-to-day job duties include:

  • Monitor and respond to internal company and customer software help desk tickets.
  • Respond to a wide array of questions and issues via email.
  • Take and share digital notes during internal and customer meetings.
  • Provide effective technical and how-to assistance to common customer queries.
  • Perform data entry as needed.
  • Schedule meetings (including screen shares) using third-party software.
  • Help develop timetables and monitor progress for projects and tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Other Duties:

  • Develop tickets to address software bugs, user issues, feature implementation, etc.
  • Communicate user needs to development staff using DevOps (or other as needed).
  • Lead our weekly communication platform for the continued development of user efficiency.

Being part of the Solutions Team may also involve working with customer organizations to develop policies and procedures for managing data and information activities such as creating data models, reports, designing and implementing instructional manuals, and editing and proofing documents, etc.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent customer service, written language and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge, skills, and experience using web-based software applications such as Gmail, Google Drive, and others.
  • Working knowledge, skills, and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher or similar software products.
  • Ability to learn and master new software applications.
  • Ability to triage conflicting needs and meet customer satisfaction goals while continuing to provide excellent front-facing service.
  • The desire to learn and grow!

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous experience providing direct consultation with nonprofit and public/government health and human services organizations.
  • Working knowledge, skills, and experience with using web-based software applications such as Slack, DevOps, Zoom, and others.
  • Working knowledge in Photoshop, Camtasia, or other image/video-editing software.
  • Knowledge/experience with Social Media promotion.

Lack of experience in any of the desired qualifications is not an immediate disqualification for employment. CAMP will provide training as needed to a motivated and committed person who wants to grow with our organization.

We are looking to add a dynamic customer-oriented person to our Solutions Team who  is versatile in software support, business analytics and program management.  

As part of our Solutions Team, you will be challenged to integrate multiple disciplines that support agency  management in their use of technology, increase their capacity to serve clients, analyze and apply business  analytics towards improving ongoing service delivery, and the ability to demonstrate impact and results.

We are seeking a team member with specific knowledge in the following areas:

  • Nonprofit and/or Public/Government Health and Human Services Programs
    • Policy or Grant Writing
    • Technical assistance and support
  • Software as a Service (SaaS)
    • Development Lifecycle
    • Database Architecture or Management
      • No coding experience required, but experience with databases is a must!
  • Data Analysis, Research or Evaluation
    • Research, analyze and draft program reports assisting agencies in their required and adhoc  reporting needs.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Managing and providing support to demonstration projects including, design, analysis and evaluation.
  • Training
    • Developing and implementing all aspects of software and program training.
  • Organizational Development and Information Management
    • Provide innovative solutions to support the development of organizational data flow, work processes, and data collection, analysis and display.
  • Customer Service
    • Respond to customer inquiries; provide guidance and assistance to users via email
    • Produce software development request tickets
    • Address dispute resolution
    • Respond to client inquiries
    • Provide virtual software demonstrations
    • Respond to questions regarding solutions architecture

Full-Stack Developer – .NET Core, React

eLogic Genesis (eLG) is looking for a new full-stack developer to join our team. eLG provides a cloud-based SaaS solution to health and social service agencies, both public and private, used for case management, service delivery, and progress management. We are seeking an experienced developer for an initial three-six month project that may extend to a year or more. We are a dynamic team and looking for someone willing to share the risks and potentially the rewards as we develop new products and expand our presence in the marketplace. The position will be roughly a 50/50 split between back-end .NET API development and front-end React interface development. This is a fully remote, contracted position.
